Charmed Homes was founded by Shannon Kehoe on a simple frustration: new construction in Portland almost always meant choosing between character and convenience. Charmed Homes is the answer: small developments, each with a real identity, built to the standards of a much bigger production home builder.
Every Charmed Homes development starts the same way: a street, a small handful of homes, and a name for each one.
Built by Portland Leeds Living
Charmed Homes designs the vision; Portland Leeds Living builds it. Every home is constructed by Portland Leeds Living, a Portland-based builder, to current Oregon residential energy and building code, the same team behind the five homes at Beaumont Cottages on NE Prescott St.
One street at a time.
Beaumont Cottages is the first Charmed Homes development. It won't be the last. Future developments will appear right here, on this site, as they break ground across Portland and beyond.
