Charmed Homes is a Portland-based new-construction developer, built by Portland Leeds Living. We don't build subdivisions. We build small runs of cottages, each one named, each one finished with the kind of detail usually reserved for a single custom home. Every development gets its own street, its own identity, and its own five (or so) houses, each with a distinct interior character rather than a repeated spec finish.
Beaumont Cottages, on NE Prescott St, is the first chapter. It won't be the last.
