Every home in the Beaumont Cottages collection was designed around a different personality, with design consultation from local designer, TJ's Dwellings. From the exterior paint color to the kitchen backsplash, bathroom wallpaper, lighting, and finishes, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create five homes that are distinctly their own.
Each lady has her own style, her own quirks, and her own way of making a house feel like home. Together, they inspired a collection that proves new construction can be anything but one-size-fits-all.

Charmed Homes is a Portland-based new-construction developer, built by Portland Leeds Living. We don't build subdivisions. We build small runs of cottages, each one named, each one finished with the kind of detail usually reserved for a single custom home. Every development gets its own street, its own identity, and its own five (or so) houses, each with a distinct interior character rather than a repeated spec finish.
Beaumont Cottages, on NE Prescott St, is the first chapter. It won't be the last.
